Thank you for your interest in one of Hale's Australian Labradoodle's Pampered Pooches. Here at Hale's Australian Labradoodle's we take great pride in our beloved bundles of joy!! Our primary goal is for our beloved pooches to have the best possible forever home with families that are prepared for the commitment.

Below you will find a puppy adoption application. This application and the information on it will help better assist us in the process in getting one of our Pampered Pooches!! Please answer all questions as thoroughly as possible. This will help us assist you with selecting a puppy for your family.

Please include a signed copy of our contract along with your $350 deposit to hold your placement on our waiting list for one of our litters. Your deposit will be applied to the adoption fee of your puppy.
